They were friendly and thorough. I heard from them immediately, scheduled with them within a week and they completed the work in less than 8 hours (and tidied up as they worked!). I had many household outlets that needed repaired or replaced as well as repair to improper wiring to my sump pump. They explained the work they would be doing, and the price quoted was the price I paid. It felt like I had a well-qualified family member helping me around my home. My house has many opportunities for improvement. They will be the only ones I call to have them done!

The team of Kevin and Frank did outstanding work at my home to find, repair, and restore a difficult problem area. We had a leak from the basement ceiling that no plumber wanted to look at because the ceiling was plywood covered with acoustic tiles. Finding the leak would have required tearing down part of the ceiling and then trying to trace the leak. The team went about the diagnosis in a systematic, careful way by making small cuts into the ceiling and scoping the space with a probe rather than using brute force. When the leak could not be found, they carefully cut into the cabinet and finally spotted a break in the copper drain pipe. They replaced the damaged pipe with a Ferco coupler, repaired the cabinet and the basement ceiling to perfect condition. Additional insulation was installed along the wall behind the cabinet. It took 3 trips to do the work, but it was done extremely well with minimum damage and excellent cleanup. This company is the BEST contractor I have worked with to solve difficult problems. The final price was very fair for the work itself and the time spent on my job!

Happy with the roof they put on my craftsman home. It takes extra time and care and they made sure to do it correctly! Made sure the chimney was pointed while they were up there too! Cleaned up after themselves, made sure the yard didn’t have any nails, etc. left in the grass. I’ll have them back for other projects too! 😉

Company car will run pedestrians over in a crosswalk. If you drive a company car, be professional and stop at crosswalks not get mad at pedestrians for crossing in your path!
